Activity Reports are an optional but powerful way to keep families informed about what their child is doing at school. Whether you choose to share updates daily, weekly, or only occasionally, this feature gives you full control over what’s shared and when.
Activity Reports include a summary of:
- Lessons recorded
- Trackers (like meals, naps, diaper changes, etc.)
- Observations
These can be sent automatically on a schedule or manually for a custom date range. Reports are shared through the parent app and include read receipts for accountability.
How to Access and Manage Activity Reports
Go to the Activity Reports Tab
- The default view shows today's report for your selected classroom.
View Report Content
- You’ll see a chart with your list of students and the number of lessons, trackers, and observations recorded for each.

- Click any number to view detailed entries.
- You can edit or delete entries directly from this view.
- Click Preview to view the full report layout before sharing.
Scheduling and Sending Reports
Scheduled Reports
- Reports can be set to send automatically (e.g., daily at 5 p.m.).
- You can still send them early or later if needed.
- Click History while in the Scheduled tab to view a list of all previously sent automated reports.
Custom Reports
- Click the Custom tab to generate a report for any date range.
- Select a specific student(s) by checking the box next to their name.
- Click Share to send the report.
After sharing, you’ll see:
- A timestamp of when the report was sent
- Read status for each parent (who has viewed it and when)
- Option to unshare a report if sent in error
Use the History button to view all custom reports sent in the past, according to the selected date range.
