The Bulletin Boards feature allows you to share important documents, announcements, and resources with staff and families through organized, accessible boards. Similar to photo albums, each board can be customized and shared with specific audiences.
Creating a Bulletin Board
To create a new bulletin board:

Navigate to the Bulletin Boards section.

Click the Add Board button in the upper-right corner.

Fill out the following fields:

Title: Add a clear title that reflects the board’s content.

Description: Use this space to add context or instructions. You can also include hyperlinks to external sites, such as:

Sign-up sheets

Event registration forms

Additional resources
-

Select Viewers:

Make the board private (only visible to you plus other administrators)

Share it with a specific classroom

Share it with the entire school

Upload any attachments you’d like to include.

Click Create to publish the board.
Editing an Existing Bulletin Board
To make changes to a board:

Click the three dots (
⋯) in the upper-right corner of the board. -
Select Edit.

From the edit screen, you can:

Add or remove attachments

Update the title or description
-
Change the viewers
-

Click Update to save your changes.
