Even if you’re not logging in every day, we’re still actively supporting your school. Your data remains secure, accessible, and ready when you need it. And if you're using the Montessori Growth Suite, summer is very active—between admissions, enrollment, and planning for the new year, it's an important time to stay connected.
Choose the Plan That Fits You
We offer two subscription options, so you can choose what works best for your school:
Monthly Subscription
- Pay only for what you use — $2 per active student per month.
- Flexible — Add or remove students as your roster changes.
- Low minimum — Just a $10/month minimum keeps your account active (this includes your first 5 students, so it’s not an extra fee).
- Perfect for schools that want maximum flexibility.
Annual Subscription
- Best value — Just $18 per student per year, a 25% discount compared to monthly billing.
- One simple payment covers the entire school year—no surprises.
- Helps you budget easily and gives you peace of mind that your data, features, and support are fully covered—even during the quieter months.
What Happens in the Summer?
Even if your classrooms are quieter in July, your account is still hard at work:
- Families are applying and enrolling
- Admins are preparing for the new year
- Teachers are planning lessons or reviewing student records
- And your data is always secure, backed up, and ready when you return
