✅ Finish the 2024–2025 School Year on 1.0
We recommend that all current schools complete the current school year on MC 1.0. This ensures uninterrupted access to student records, progress reports, and family communication through the end of your academic cycle.
☀️ Summer Programs: Use 1.0 or Begin 2.0
If your school offers a summer session, you have options:
- Continue using MC 1.0 for summer, if that’s easiest for your staff
- Or begin your MC 2.0 setup in parallel, giving your team time to get comfortable with the new platform before fall
Either way, we’ll guide you through the process at your own pace—so you can move forward without disrupting your summer operations.
📦 Migrate to MC 2.0 Over the Summer
We’ll help you transition smoothly during the summer months. Our team will:
- Help you export your MC 1.0 data
- Assist with setting up your new MC 2.0 account
- Train your staff and answer any questions
All schools will need to begin the 2025–2026 school year on MC 2.0, as the 1.0 platform will no longer support new school year activity.

After your migration:
- You’ll still be able to export MC 1.0 data at any time
- You’ll retain read-only access to your 1.0 account until the platform is sunset later in 2025
