This pricing applies to Montessori Compass 2.0 only, which includes classroom management and parent communication tools.
It does not include the Marketing & Admissions Platform or the full Growth Suite bundle.
Two flexible pricing options are available:
Option 1: Monthly Plan
$2 per student per month
$10/month minimum (includes first 5 students)
Montessori Compass 2.0 Monthly Plan pricing is based on the number of active students currently enrolled. Your monthly cost automatically adjusts based on live enrollment data in your account.
How to Calculate:
# of active students × $2 = Monthly subscription cost (Minimum charge: $10/month)
Example:
- 100 students × $2 = $200/month
- 105 students × $2 = $210/month
Enrollment Fluctuation Example:
If your school has 100 students in September:
100 students × $2 = $200 for September
If 5 new students enroll in October and the total becomes 105:
105 students × $2 = $210 for October
Your monthly cost will automatically update to reflect the current number of active student profiles in your account at the start of each billing cycle.
Payment Details:
- Payment via automatic, recurring credit card or ACH (Stripe)
- Custom invoices are not available for Monthly Plan subscribers
Option 2: Annual Plan
$18 per student per year
$90/year minimum (includes first 5 students)

The Annual Plan offers upfront, discounted pricing for schools ready to commit to a full school year.
How to Calculate:
# of expected students × $18 = Annual subscription cost (Minimum charge: $90/year)
Example:
- 100 students × $18 = $1,800/year
Enrollment Fluctuation Example:
If you pay for 100 students at the start of the year and your enrollment increases to 105 students, no additional charge will apply.
If your enrollment grows beyond 105 students:
- You may be billed prorated fees for any students exceeding the 5-student buffer
For example, if your enrollment increases to 110 students:
- The first 5 new students (up to 105) are covered
- The 5 students beyond that (students 106–110) may incur prorated annual fees
Payment Details:
- Payment options include:
- Credit card or ACH (via Stripe)
- Custom invoice available upon request (Annual Plan only)
- Paper check, PayPal, or bank transfer (Annual Plan only)
