Language Support in Montessori Compass
Montessori Compass serves schools and families from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Here's how language works across the platform.
What Works in Any Language
- Observations and notes — Teachers can write observations, lesson notes, and comments in any language.
- Parent messages — Communications sent to parents can be written in any language.
- Student records — Names, notes, and profile information support any character set.
Current Limitation
- Platform UI is English-only — Menus, buttons, labels, and navigation within Montessori Compass are currently in English.
What's Coming
We are working toward multi-language UI support as a future platform improvement. Schools with significant non-English-speaking staff or parent communities are welcome to share their needs with our support team — your feedback helps shape our roadmap.
