Recovering Access to Your Account
If you're having trouble logging in, the most common cause is a forgotten or expired password. You can reset your password at any time directly from the login screen.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page — Navigate to your Montessori Compass login screen.
- Click "Forgot your password?" — This link appears below the password field.
- Enter your email address — Use the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox — You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Click the reset link — Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Still Having Trouble?
If you don't receive the reset email or continue to have difficulty accessing your account, contact our support team. Your school administrator can also update your email address or resend an invitation if needed.
