Pricing: Montessori Compass

This pricing applies to Montessori Compass only, which includes classroom management and parent communication tools. It does not include the Marketing & Admissions Platform or the full Montessori Growth Suite bundle.

Two flexible pricing options are available depending on your school's needs.

Option 1: Monthly Plan

$2 per student / month
$10 / month minimum (covers first 5 students)

Your monthly cost is based on the number of active students currently enrolled at your school. Your payment automatically adjusts each billing cycle based on live enrollment data in your account.

How to Calculate

Number of active students × $2 = Monthly cost (minimum $10/month)

Example:
100 students in September → 100 × $2 = $200/month
Enrollment grows to 105 in October → 105 × $2 = $210/month

Payment Details

• Billed via automatic, recurring credit card or ACH (Stripe)
• Custom invoices are not available on the Monthly Plan

Option 2: Annual Plan

$18 per student / year
$90 / year minimum (covers first 5 students)
Paid in advance for 12 months

• ✅ Save 25% compared to the Monthly Plan

The Annual Plan locks in a discounted rate for the full school year and includes built-in flexibility for enrollment changes.

How to Calculate

Expected students × $18 = Annual cost (minimum $90/year)

Example:
100 students × $18 = $1,800/year

Enrollment Flexibility

• You may add up to 5 additional students during the year at no extra charge
• If you exceed 5 additional students, the overage is billed at a prorated annual rate

Example:
You paid for 100 students. Enrollment grows to 110 mid-year.
Students 101–105 (first 5) are covered at no charge.
Students 106–110 (5 students) are billed at the prorated annual rate.

Payment Details

• Credit card or ACH via Stripe
• Custom invoice available upon request
• Paper check, PayPal, or bank transfer accepted
