Montessori Compass gives you flexible access management for your entire team — with no extra charges for the people using the platform.

How Access Works

• You are only charged for active enrolled students — not for the number of teachers, administrators, or staff who have accounts.
• No per-user fees — Add as many teachers and administrators as your school needs without affecting your subscription cost.
• Parent access is also free — Parents and guardians access their child's information through the Classroom Share app at no additional charge.
• Archived students are free — Students who are no longer actively enrolled are archived, not deleted. Historical records are retained indefinitely at no cost.

What You Pay For

Your subscription is based on the number of currently active (enrolled) students at your school. That's it. As enrollment changes, your subscription adjusts accordingly.
