Your Data After Cancellation

We understand that student records are important and that circumstances change. Here's what you can expect if you cancel your Montessori Compass subscription.

Data Retention Policy

  • 90-day retention window — Your school's data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. This gives you time to export your records or reactivate your account if needed.
  • After 90 days — Data is permanently deleted from our systems after the retention period ends.
  • Reactivation — If you reactivate your account within the 90-day window, your data will be fully restored.

Export Your Data Before You Cancel

We strongly recommend exporting your student records before cancelling. Montessori Compass allows you to export student profile data. If you need assistance with your export before cancelling, contact our support team and we'll help you get everything you need.
