What Happens When a Student Leaves Mid-Year?

When a student leaves your school mid-year, you can remove them from active enrollment without losing their records. All observations, lesson history, and documentation are preserved.


How to Remove a Student

  1. Navigate to the student's profile in your admin dashboard
  2. Change their status to Inactive or archive the record
  3. The student will no longer appear in active classroom views or reports

What Happens to Their Records

  • All observations, lesson records, and documentation are retained
  • Records remain accessible to administrators for historical reference
  • The student's data can be exported at any time if needed

Billing

On the Monthly Plan, your bill automatically adjusts the following month to reflect the updated active student count. On the Annual Plan, removed students count toward your enrollment buffer.
