Your school's data belongs to you — not us. If you ever decide to leave Montessori Compass, here's what you need to know.


Before You Cancel

We strongly recommend exporting your data before canceling. Montessori Compass allows you to export student records, observations, and lesson history so you have a complete copy for your school's records.


After Cancellation

  • Your account access will end at the close of your current billing period
  • Your data is retained for a period after cancellation — reach out to our support team for specific details on retention timelines
  • We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties at any point
