Common Uses for Bulletin Boards

Here are some practical ways to use bulletin boards in your school community:

Administrative Documents: Post important parent-facing documents such as:

  • Parent handbook
  • Photo release forms
  • Permission slips
  • Topical medication forms

School Events: Keep families informed about upcoming events:

  • Calendar overviews
  • Event flyers
  • Volunteer sign-ups or RSVP links

Newsletters: Organize all your school newsletters in one place and continue adding new editions over time.

What Families See

Bulletin boards shared with families will be visible through their parent app, allowing them to view:

  • Descriptions
  • Hyperlinks
  • Any attached files (PDFs, forms, flyers, etc.)

They can access the information at any time, helping to streamline communication and reduce one-off requests for documents.
