Adding students to your Montessori Compass account is quick and straightforward. Whether you are setting up for a new school year or enrolling a student mid-year, follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in as an Administrator
Ensure your Account Admin role is selected in the upper-right corner. - Go to the Students Page
Click Students in the left-side navigation panel. - Click "Add Student"
Click the Add Student button to open the new student form. - Enter the Student's Details
Fill in the following fields:- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth — Use the calendar tool to select the month, year, and day
- Save the Student
Click Create to add the student to your account.
Tip: After creating a student, you will still need to assign them to a classroom before their teachers can see them. See Assign Students to Classroom for instructions.
